ARI was great. We only stayed one night, but I wish we’d booked longer. The places we’d booked earlier in saranda weren’t suitable for our honeymoon, and this was the last one we tried, unfortunately. It was clean, in a great location, and the staff were lovely. I would have liked some kind of security on the stairways to the rooms, since they’re easily accessible from saranda’s main, busiest road.

The view is superb, and breakfast had delicious fresh food every morning. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the staff were fabulous and accommodating. Hotel Ari is beautiful and offers great accommodations. We had an awesome stay, and I highly recommend it. I’d go again.

Getting back by car can be awkward. You need to park behind the hotel on a rubble site before 6 pm, or two steel bollards block access to the esplanade. After that, finding another spot nearby can be very difficult, almost impossible, unless you’re willing to walk 1 km back. The rooms themselves are lovely and clean, with balcony seating, a mini fridge, and air-conditioning that works very well and is definitely needed. There’s no way to make a hot drink in the room. Breakfast is a buffet at the Ari restaurant. The choices are a little limited but tasty, and get topped up at Albanian pace, which means whenever 😂. Staff are friendly and polite.

The owner was always so kind and helpful, especially when we needed to park the car. Our room was beautiful and had a great view!

We stayed five nights, and the location was great. Having the hotel’s own parking area is a big plus if you’re traveling by car. The open buffet breakfast had a sufficient range of food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Greetings and thanks to everyone working there.
