My kids, who are 10 and 12, loved the pools, and the pool staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and delicious. The Wi-Fi was great, and both the hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room had a lovely view, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming to my whole family. They spoke very good English. I’m giving the hotel four stars because a couple of things in the room were broken, and the beach was difficult for the kids to swim at. The river made the water very cold.

The sea view from the table was amazing, and I especially recommend the pistachio baklava with ice cream. We got a warm welcome, and they helped with our luggage and parking. The service was kind and attentive when we ordered. We hadn’t expected the rooms to look so fancy or be so clean. The bathroom felt luxurious.
