Frojd Kune Beach Resort

My family and I were over the moon with this hotel. The staff were among the most polite I’ve met, and their vocabulary and communication were next level. Hygiene and service were also top level. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and it felt luxurious.

Hotel Frojd made the stay feel special from the start. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made us feel welcome. Our room was huge and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent throughout. Meals were another highlight, with impressive flavor and plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It genuinely felt like 5-star food. For a calm, high-quality stay by the sea, Hotel Frojd is a great choice. We’ll definitely return.

The staff, from receptionists to waiters and cleaning ladies, were patient and very kind. The hotel itself is new, clean, and pleasant, with spacious rooms and excellent balconies. The food was decent, but the selection was limited and the same dishes came back repeatedly. Be aware that the rooms have no slippers or bathrobes, and there is no bar. The hotel beach was less clean than expected, and mosquitoes were everywhere, so buying spray from a market is a good idea. The location works well for a quieter family holiday.

We left after three days feeling very disappointed. The surroundings smelled extremely bad, which made the whole stay worse. Although the booking was all-inclusive, drinks were not included with meals, and the food itself was not good. Beach towels were said to be provided in the description, but when we asked for them on the first afternoon after a storm had passed, staff told us they were no longer available because of the earlier storm, even though the weather had cleared. It wasn’t worth the money, and I don’t recommend this hotel.
