The hospitality was the strongest part of this hotel. Every staff interaction came with a warm smile and a helpful, can-do attitude, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. The property has a warm, elegant feel with thoughtful design throughout. My room was spotless, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were soft and crisp, and the amenities were high quality. It was also quiet enough to relax easily after a long day. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied, served in a cozy setting. I only stayed one night and wished I had booked longer. The care from the staff made the stay memorable, and I would return and recommend it to friends and family.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms were good and clean, and breakfast was included in what we paid. The hospitality was excellent, with polite and very helpful staff. The location near the sea is another plus. I recommend it. 👌🏼

This is a fairly new hotel with a pleasant interior. We had a very nice room on the 7nd floor with a view. There isn't a gym or any facilities besides the restaurant. The elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to walk upstairs, although it was repaired later. The beach is close, but the water was very dirty and full of seaweed, so we couldn't swim. Maybe it was because of a storm, otherwise I don't understand why people swim there. The hotel accepts cash only. Since there were few guests, breakfast was quite modest. We stayed one night, and overall it was good value for the money.

All the staff at Rozafa Blu Shengjin were incredibly kind, lovely, and helpful. The hotel itself was excellent, with modern, comfortable rooms that were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices. There is also a bar serving drinks and ice cream. The beach is about a minute away on foot, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you to everyone there, I would definitely stay again.

Everything worked well here, from the location and food to the rooms and staff. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was great.
