Twin Towers Hotel

This was a complete failure in cleanliness, maintenance, and management, especially disappointing because our previous stay here had been good. We paid extra for a premium suite, but it was not even close to the standard of a basic room. The room was freezing for a full day, there was no heating, and for more than 24 hours there was no hot water because it had been turned off at the mains. With only sheets and no duvet, we had to sleep in our jackets. The room itself was in appalling condition. The television was broken, the channels did not work, and the cracked screen had colour running across it. The sheets were dirty and clearly had not been properly changed or cleaned. Worst of all, there was literal human faeces smeared on the wall, a serious hygiene and health issue. When we complained, the lady manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She accused us of lying instead of offering an apology or trying to resolve anything. Breakfast was badly prepared and extremely poor, more like an afterthought, and should not have been offered given the condition of the room and the missing basic amenities. We won’t return and strongly advise others to avoid this place unless major changes are made.
