Our entire group was left without rooms during peak season, even though we had reserved all 17 rooms, signed a contract, and been told that no prepayment was needed because the booking was already in the system. When we contacted the hotel to reconfirm, we discovered that none of the rooms had actually been held. They first said they would try to help, but eventually told us to find alternatives ourselves on Booking.com. Email communication was poor, with replies arriving late at night or not at all. The staff seemed highly incompetent, and the whole situation was stressful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The service was very strange and unreliable.

This family-run hotel has a warm, home-like feel, helped by the tasteful decoration and cozy surroundings. The staff were genuinely attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty, healthy choices, and the location gave us easy access to local attractions while still feeling peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for caring service, good food, and an inviting atmosphere.

We arrived unexpectedly for one night and were immediately impressed by the kindness, service, and thoughtful details. Breakfast had exactly what we needed, including fresh food, Kimbo Coffee, and excellent mixed juice. There’s also a small underground car park that felt safe and secure.

The rooms look like they belong in a fairytale, while the interior combines Albanian culture and history in a beautiful way. Service was exceptional, and the included breakfast was delicious, easily one of the best we had on our trip. It’s a breathtaking hotel, and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The enclosed courtyard kept the street noise out, which made the hotel feel especially peaceful. Its location is also convenient, not far from the city’s museums. I only had breakfast there, since it was included, but it was excellent, especially the delicious crepes. The interior was lovely, the staff were welcoming, and the service was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say.
