Europa Grand Hotel

This has become our home away from home whenever we visit Albania. We’ve stayed three times while traveling from London, always with my family, and each visit has been consistently good. The staff are professional, kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. They make us feel comfortable, welcome, and valued, going far beyond what I’ve experienced at other hotels. We feel completely safe here and wouldn’t choose another place.

Everything was clean, and the room and service were perfect. The location was perfect too. My only complaint is that neither the pool nor the jacuzzi had hot water. Apart from that, it was very good.

Calling this a five star hotel is impossible, two stars at most. We were staying in our rooms while construction was going on, including painting and floor scraping. There wasn’t even toilet paper in the rooms. Breakfast was poor, with dry vegetables, and the pool and spa were closed. Then, at the end of the stay, we were charged for food from the mini bar even though we hadn’t opened it. I would not recommend this place.

From the first meal to the last interaction, the experience felt flawless. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, combining comfort with luxury, and the food and drinks impressed us every time. What stood out most was the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, made me feel at home, and went out of their way whenever I needed help.
