This hotel is LIGHT-YEARS away from being a 4 star hotel. Reception was empty and unmarked when I arrived, so I had to ask the nice man in the parking lot for help. He sent me to the nearby hotel to check in. The receptionist there wasn’t friendly and had a smart mouth, and she didn’t provide the wifi password or explain anything about the property. There were no towels in the room, and the shower had neither a curtain nor a glass door, leaving a wet mess after use. The beach area had free beachbeds and was about 3/5, but the sand was covered with loads of garbage and cigarette butts. At least guests can bring their own snacks and drinks. Breakfast was chaotic, with people literally running to get food. The staff were alright but rushed to clear things away even when we weren’t finished eating. The lights also kept turning on and off during the whole hour I was there.

TERRIBLE. Reception is handled at another hotel, and then they put you in a room in an abandoned building, as shown in the photos. There were no shower towels, and we had to ask several times. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the lady at the Recepcion was unfriendly.
