Arber Hotel

The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean with friendly staff. But the extra bed in our triple room was a sofa bed and really uncomfortable. A pull-out bed would have been better. The room also wasn’t warm enough when the evenings got cold. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

The hotel is in the city center and breakfast was so, so nice. The annoying part was how clearly you could hear running water. I was in room 03 and could hear the water whenever someone in 04 used the shower or bathroom. Still, it was a great stay overall.

The bed was the biggest and most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious, and breakfast was included, which I really appreciated after two weeks in small apartments. Great central spot, with airport buses nearby, and friendly staff.

I stayed at Arber hotel about a year ago, so apologies for the late review. It was easy to walk to the tourist sights and to the places where I had conferences and work meetings. My basic single room was small but very nice, with good-quality pillows and a bed, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was simple but covered what I wanted in the morning: eggs, coffee, fresh fruit, and vegetables. As a woman traveling alone, I did have one small concern about the door. It opened with the hotel card and locked automatically, and I would have felt safer with a mechanical lock on the inside. The best part was the redheaded receptionist in her twenties, around my age. She was incredibly pleasant and professional, spoke very good English, and knew the area well. She recommended several restaurants that fit my budget, printed a map, and marked places on it with extra suggestions. She really made my stay wonderful. Thank you :)
