Update: After the hotel started sending me offensive messages, I want to add that they were rude and hostile, but otherwise pretty nice. They DID let me check in super early, so that earns half a star extra. The photos must be at least ten years old. The room was kind of clean, but everything was broken or worn out, like they'd given up on the place. No toilet seat. A socket hanging from the toilet ceiling, with no light bulb. Cables and cords all over. Breakfast inside was impossible if you wanted to breathe because of the smoking, and even sitting outside was hard with all the smoke coming from inside. The place is dirty and cheap, and I'd much rather have a nice dorm than a tiny private room like this. Second worst hotel I've stayed at.

For me, the important things were that it was reasonably clean and in a good location, and for that price I'd rate it five. The price and location are about what you'd expect. If you're after more luxury, you'll need to pay for a four-star hotel, since this place isn't luxurious.
