Anna and her grandson were so welcoming. He’s young, but speaks English really well and helped translate the information for us. They’re lovely people, and they arranged transport to Valbone for 22€/person. It worked perfectly. The apartment is right in the city center, very clean and tidy, and had what we needed: a working fridge, washing machine and soap, kitchen, fast wifi, and air conditioning. We only stayed one night, but I noticed they rent bikes for 5€/day. The water went off during the night, though it was working perfectly again the next morning. It was a great experience, and the family was so kind. Falaminderit! I highly recommend the place.

Anna, the owner, was so warm and friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. We spent three nights there and would definitely come back one day.

Parking is right in front, and the hostess Anna can explain how to use it. Her son speaks English, and she’s very helpful. The place is clean, private, quiet, and has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s close to the walking street and town center.

Anna is the owner and the only staff member, and she really takes care of her guests. She even came to check that the tour guide picking someone up had the right person. The place is simple and no frills, but beautiful. It’s only a few minutes from the main boulevard, the busiest and liveliest part of Shkroder. I’ll surely return.

The family were so friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a warm feel. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is right in the center of Shkodra. If you visit this beautiful city, you should definitely stay at Lille France!
