This family-run house had a very hospitable host, and everyone was friendly. Our room was neat and cozy, with a warm radiator in the bathroom that was useful for drying clothes. Since we visited in November, it was also lovely to have the room heating turned on in the evening. Dinner was amazing, the best and most delicious food we had in Albania. The balcony views were amazing too.

Cleanliness, delicious food, and the friendliness of the hosts made us very happy. Guests from several countries were staying in the house, so we had enjoyable dinners in the cozy kitchen with fun international conversations. Many regards from 3 guys from Poland. If we try to summit Maja e Jezerces again next year, we’ll definitely choose this house. Christian, be aware, next time you’re coming to the summit with us! :D

I really wish I’d stayed longer. The room was immaculate, and both dinner and breakfast were fantastic, with wonderful hospitality all around. When my trekking plans changed in Albania, my hosts even went out of their way to arrange transport for my bag from Theth to Shkoder, saving me a long trip back. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely return.

Our room was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony view. Anyone bringing large luggage should know that the staircase is a narrow spiral one, so a small pack for the nights here may be easier. The owner kindly carried our luggage upstairs. Parking on the property is spacious. Breakfast was varied, delicious, and very generous, with fantastic coffee and good vegetarian options. We also enjoyed dinner, which was cozy and plentiful, and chatting with the other travelers.

The rooms were beautiful, and the host was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner is available as well. We’d definitely suggest trying it at least once, since it was delicious and truly worth it. We had a lovely stay in Theth.
