11 Steps' Lovely Studio in the center

The apartment at 11 Steps' Lovely Studio was so bad that we had to find somewhere else at the last minute and pay more. The bathroom shower leaked everywhere, there was no separation, and water ran all the way to the toilet. The showerhead holder shown in the photos was missing, and the toilet cistern looked as if it might pull away from the wall. Dirt was everywhere, with ants in the sink, a spider in the refrigerator, coffee grounds in the cups, and towels that didn’t seem clean. The room was full of flies, possibly because the window had been left open to cover the bathroom smell. Check-in was also difficult, involving about 30 minutes of travel to collect the keys and payment outside the app to receive the actual address. The host seemed helpful at first, but became completely indifferent when we raised the problems, without apologizing or offering a solution. A very negative experience.
