I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The people handling communication on its behalf were unprofessional and unkind. They don’t even know how to prepare and send an invoice. Every question gets a no. When we asked for a reservation confirmation letter, they said, “we don’t practice to send confirmation,” as if it were an extraordinary request. We booked 7 dbl room (14 persons) and asked for the group leader to stay free of charge, but the answer was no. The price in July (high season) is cheaper than in January (low season); when we asked how that could be, the response was essentially “take it or leave it.” They also don’t provide a fiscal receipt. When we asked to speak with the Manager, they wouldn’t allow it or share a contact for the person in charge. Guests also complained about unkind stuff, poor service, small rooms, and low hygiene at the hotel. The room had a decent amount of space, and nights were really quiet. The view from the room wasn't nice, though the construction nearby is probably hard to control. Inside, it was too hot with no way to adjust the temperature, and the shower water kept shifting oddly between warm and cooler. Breakfast was okay, but the area was noisy from the airflow and sits right opposite the toilets. The doors were kept open for ventilation unless someone shut them, which left me feeling watched because the kitchen and staff were visible. There are stairs with no wheelchair access.

The staff made this place feel lovely, with warm smiles and greetings that really made a difference. The location was convenient too.

Having parking on site was convenient. Most of the staff also provided adequate service, though the older man on the night shift was notably impolite. The room itself was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. It was dusty, the floors were very dirty, and the toilet clearly hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guest. There were hardly any amenities, just a basic all-in-one wash product. Breakfast met Albanian standards, but we found it poor and unremarkable. The food quality fell short, and cappuccino cost extra while only basic filter coffee was free. That was inconvenient and unexpected.
