Amorino Tirana B&B

Breakfast was served on the second floor balcony overlooking a park, with a nice choice of eggs, vegetables, fruit, and whichever cappuccino or coffee you wanted. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable. There are three rooms upstairs in this walk-up B&B, along with a large indoor dining area and a smaller balcony for breakfast or other meals. It was a great place for our first night in Albania, on a main street within walking distance of Skanderberg Square and a few other sights. There are plenty of great Albanian restaurants nearby. We arrived early, so the owner made us a welcome cappuccino while we waited for the room, then shared several recommendations for restaurants and sights in the area. Recommended.

Manjola was so helpful from the moment I arrived. Even before I landed, she kept me updated and sent videos showing where the place was. The room was big and comfortable, the staff were attentive, and breakfast was delicious, a perfect way to start the day. It’s right in the heart of Tirana, with everything within walking distance.

The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast with a lovely view was a great start to the day. What I’ll remember most is how kind and generous the host was. My flight was delayed, but she waited for me patiently, without a complaint. I arrived late and hungry, and she helped me get dinner from the halal pizza place downstairs even though it had already closed. The next morning she arranged a cab so I could get around easily. Her warmth made me feel more like family than a guest.

I usually book hotels, but I’m glad I chose this B&B in Tirana after reading all the glowing reviews. From my first inquiry, Manjola replied quickly, which put me at ease. I messaged again the day before arriving and got another prompt response. She sent detailed instructions for getting in after hours, stayed in touch after I landed, and arranged a taxi. She even spoke directly with the driver to make sure I was safe and headed the right way. I met Manjola the next day, and she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her assistant was lovely too. Their hospitality made it feel like visiting family. With only three rooms, the B&B was peaceful and quiet. There’s a charming lounge for coffee, breakfast, dinner, or drinks, plus a balcony overlooking a park where you can people-watch or unwind. A supermarket is conveniently right behind the B&B. On the morning I left, Manjola insisted I try one of her homemade croissants. It was delicious, and a lovely way to finish my stay. I also got to chat with a local over coffee, which added to the authentic feel. If I’m back in Tirana, I’ll absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a quiet, personal, and heartwarming visit.
