The room let in every sound, and loud shouting from guests or staff kept us awake. One night I woke up because the bed was shaking. Check-in was fast, but after that the stay went downhill. The shower gel dispenser was broken, and breakfast varied from day to day. On the first morning the basic buffet was okay. By 9:30 on day two, most of the food was gone and we were told the kitchen was closed. The selection was limited again on day three. At €75 a night, this didn't feel like a three-star stay. Nearby hotels charge €50 and offer better value. The staff were polite, but management seemed to show little concern about our complaints. I wouldn't recommend it unless the price comes down to match what is offered.

The entrance felt more like a backpacker hostel than a higher-rated hotel. The room smelled unpleasant and didn't even have toilet paper. The place needs renovation, and it falls short of four-star standards. To me, it felt like a two- or three-star property at best.

A good value for the money, with easy access to all the attractions. The breakfast tasted good, though there should be more variety, especially if you're staying more than one night. The rooms don't look like the photos: the carpets are gone, and some furniture is old and damaged.

The air conditioning worked great, and the room was really nice. I liked the artwork throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the price was great, and the staff were lovely and friendly. I'd stay here again.

The staff felt distant, weren't friendly, and didn't offer much help. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms, but the beds were a bit indented and the pillows too hard. There was just one blanket for two beds.
