For a good price, this is a nice place if you want a comfortable bed rather than luxury. We had a spacious triple room on the ground floor, with comfortable beds and everything seemed clean. The bathroom was clean too, and the shower had lots of water and got as hot as I like. I don't know if the TV worked, since I travel to see the city, not stay in my room. There wasn't a view. The location seemed good, beside one of Tirana's best-known shopping streets and 10-15 minutes on foot from Skandenberg square. The street didn't feel dark or scary, and it was just beside the main street. Breakfast was very good, served right in front of the rooms from 7:30. If you want to sleep later, bring earplugs or eat somewhere else. I was up early to see interesting places, so it didn't bother me. We had a nice, comfortable stay. The breakfast included coffee, orange juice, toast with avocado and scrambled eggs, the white cheese they use a lot, tomatoes, and biscuits to finish if you wanted them. The electronic door locks were convenient, though it wouldn't be much fun if one failed. I liked the B&B, keeping in mind that it's a bed and breakfast, not a hotel.

The owner and the woman who brings out breakfast were both really nice and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and ready whenever we got up. A very good place to stay, and I can only recommend it.

The room we got looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. It was awful: dust everywhere, broken furniture, mold in the dirty shower, and a terrible smell. After leaving our bags and going to lunch, I couldn't stop thinking about how much I didn't want to spend the night there. This was the worst accommodation experience I've had on any of my travels, including places booked through Booking.com. I contacted the owner, who offered us a room at another of their hotels, but by then I doubted it would be any better. They also wanted an extra fee. We took our bags and booked somewhere else instead. Red flag, don't book this hotel!

The bathroom was tiny, and shower water leaked across the whole floor. The hot water system was poor, with the water not getting properly hot during a shower. We didn't receive all the toiletries listed in the booking, and the staff's English wasn't very good. Breakfast wasn't good either: it was the same each day, and the bread was always stale.

B&B Artistic Tirana felt like a peaceful city retreat, tucked away from the main road. Its artistic interior design is beautiful and makes the rooms feel special. The owner was incredibly welcoming and communicated very well. She also made a delicious homemade breakfast. A real gem, and a perfect stay!
