This smoke-free establishment is ideally located in the centre of Tirana (Albania) in the old quarter of the city and close to Scanderbey Square, the National Museum and the Opera House. The hotel, newly opened for the first time in 2012, offers guests a buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which also serves à la carte meals at other times of the day. There is also a conference centre for those on business and adaptable banquet facilities for parties and other events. The premises provide a laundry, dry-cleaning and ironing service for a reasonable fee. All the rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, and all accommodations are provided with satellite and cable television and a minibar. The staff were warm, professional and always ready to help with recommendations or special requests. The hotel is also well placed for exploring the area. Our room was stylish, spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the whole property is beautifully maintained. The atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming throughout. Everything exceeded expectations, and I’d happily stay again or recommend it.

We thought this would be more like a hotel than Air B&B style accommodation, which may have been our misunderstanding. There’s no usual 24/7 reception, but they do offer a 24/7 WhatsApp Q&A service and were quick to resolve issues. Service deserves five stars. The accommodation is spread across several floors of an office and residential building. Raiffeisen bank is a useful landmark when looking for it. It’s very central, though we found it a bit hard to locate at night, until reception spotted us on the street looking for the entrance.

The staff made the trip better with their hospitality, great recommendations and help arranging taxis. The owner even upgraded our room, Bingo!! Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was especially lovely and modern. We also had a stunning balcony view, a peaceful spot above the city. Capital Suites Centre is a perfect location, just a short walk from the city center, so exploring Tirana was easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The bedding was excellent, and the receptionist did everything she could to make our night comfortable. They were genuinely accommodating, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the kindness. I highly recommend the place.

Julian went above and beyond when my pre-booked tour was canceled just hours before it started, helping me reorganize my plans. He also arranged my airport pickup and suggested authentic local restaurants. Capital Suites Center is in a fantastic spot, a short walk from Skanderbeg Square and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are new and modern, with great value for money. A big thank you to Julian and the team for service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!
