Center Boutique Hotel was convenient for getting around the city, and the staff were friendly. We stayed for 5 days, and the central location was easily its biggest advantage. The room could use some work. Outside noise came through, and the curtains let in a lot of early morning light. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived. It was fixed after 3 days, but still wasn't properly repaired. We had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper because it wasn't replenished automatically, and some shower fittings seemed loose and fell off when touched. Great location, but the room comfort and maintenance need improvement.
We were very upset by this stay. The room smelled like feces, and when we opened the bathroom, mold covered the ceiling. The shower was clogged, leaving the floor wet, slippery, and unsafe. It smelled so bad we had to keep the bathroom door shut. Service was meh. The guy downstairs could only give us one towel, so we used the same towels for 3 days despite asking more than once. Getting there felt impossible, down a sketchy alley with a terrible view. We paid 25€ for 2 nights in a parking lot about a 7-8 minute walk away. We couldn't wait to leave this disgusting place. It felt like a total safety and health hazard.
Clean rooms, helpful staff who handled our requests, and a great location right in the city center. The rate was very reasonable, and the shower had amazing water pressure and temperature.
Center Boutique Hotel was fine, though nothing special. It's handy for exploring the city, and the rooms were clean but a bit cramped. Service was polite but average, without much attention. Breakfast isn't included, unfortunately. A basic no-frills option, though I expected a little more for the price.
I stayed in room 204 for 2 nights in November. The room was clean, but there were problems one after another. The booking had an issue, though they eventually sorted it. There weren't enough towels; staff said the drier was broken, but after I pressed, two clean towels appeared. The blind remote didn't work, so we couldn't open a window or get any sunlight. There's no printer to help with boarding passes. The toilet flush button and seat were broken, and the shower didn't drain. It's hard to find, tucked in a back alley. There's no parking, and staff send you to a very expensive car park. They don't know local parking rules or help with that. There's no food or breakfast on site, no lift, and you have to carry your bags up and down the stairs. When I complained, staff were unhelpful and showed no willingness to listen or fix the issues. The next morning they gave us 2 soft drinks and 2 croissants as their idea of a resolution. AVOID THIS PLACE. Book at your own peril.
