I stayed here twice and would choose it again if I return to Albania. The central location is the main plus, with most of Tirana's must-see sights within walking distance. For Bunk'Art 1 and the cable car, expect an hour on foot or a taxi costing €5-10 each way. The apartment could do with some minor renovations, but nothing major. Also, Ismail Kadare's museum apartment is downstairs.

The room was comfortable and the host very welcoming. Still, the place gets noise and city lights reflecting into it, and there aren't enough kitchen utensils.

I booked another apartment on Airbnb, then got redirected here when that one was no longer available. My booking included a coffee maker and washing machine, but this place didn't even have a kettle. There was a musty smell as soon as I walked in, and the bathroom was moldy. The shelf below the mirror was half torn off and unusable, and the vanity handle was completely broken. It also looks out over a big construction site in central Tirana, where work carries on at night. The noise was bad even then. Thanks for nothing.

The bed was comfortable and the host was always available. It works for a few days, with a very central location close to everything. Only two rolls of toilet paper for three days, no bathroom window, and the door noise was deafening.
