Hotel Eiffel

We were only there for one night, but it was a really great experience. Our room was huge and beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant food was amazing, and they even gave us fruit for dessert. The location worked perfectly for us near the airport, which we reached in 15 minutes. The man on duty at check-in was so kind that he stayed after his shift to help us at the restaurant, since not everyone at the hotel speaks English. If I return to Tirana, I’d absolutely stay here again!

We booked for two nights, but had a bad experience with both the room and location. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly. When we raised it and asked for another room, they refused. The location also meant extra time getting there because of heavy traffic, and the view from the room always gave us negative feelings.

The whole team was incredibly helpful and always there for us. We spent 10 days at this beautiful hotel, which is close to the center but still in a quiet area. A car helps, though taxis are easy and quick to get even without one. It was our first holiday in Albania, although I have roots here. I still remember people who helped us, including Mr. Linerti, Elti, and Mrs. Julia. Thank you all so much, you deserve a lot of respect. Sending love from the Netherlands 💙. The pool area was nice, with lots of loungers and covered spots, and the hotel was clean. The room was smaller than we expected. The air-conditioning didn’t work the first night, but they repaired it after we reported it, and it was fine on the second. The fridge was broken too, and staff replaced it the following day. Noise echoed through the corridors, so we could clearly hear a child crying at 7am both mornings. The restaurant food was okay, but we didn’t know what the dishes were, and only one staff member could translate into English for us. It’s an 8-10 minute walk to the shopping centre. The bus station is a 5km walk, and taxis wouldn’t take us because traffic was too heavy and the trip was too short for them.
