We got parking included in the room price, and the staff were really friendly. The bathroom and toilet were nicely separated, too. It was a pleasant little hotel, with a spacious, clean room and the most useful drawers I've ever seen in a hotel room.

Sonela at breakfast and Erisa at the front desk were so warm and lovely that they made up for the little annoyances. The hotel is well placed, close to everything but still quiet. The room and its sheets and furniture were impeccably maintained. The toilet paper holder was loose, so the roll kept falling, and the water pressure and temperature seemed to come and go. I was pleasantly surprised by the place.

I had bites all over me after staying here. There were bedbug infestations in multiple rooms! They wouldn't refund me and told me to find another hotel. In response to the reply: I'm not confused or mistaken. I stayed here, had a horrible experience, and wasn't offered a refund or compensation. I'll upload photos of the awful bites soon. The receptionist did book another hotel for me over the desk phone.

We stayed here twice and would come back again. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were extremely kind. It's in a handy spot near coffee shops, markets, and other places, but the area is quieter than Tirana's other tourist spots. The hotel was environmentally friendly, and breakfast was decent for an extra 5 euros.

Good value, with modern, spacious rooms and great service. The staff are very friendly, and reception is open 24/7. Parking is included. There's no breakfast, but good places to eat are just a short walk away.
