The staff were good, but they didn’t help with any of the basic things I asked for. The mattress was dirty, and when I requested a replacement, they said there wasn’t one. It was cold, but they had no blanket. The bathroom wasn’t working, and my room was full of mosquitoes, but they didn’t give me repellent either.

I felt like I was in prison here. The hotel is old, there was no water on the third or fourth floor, it was cold, and the TV didn’t work. There’s no elevator, and I couldn’t find any nearby shops or cafes.

Everything was dirty, especially the toilet and the sheets. We had to pay and leave for another place.

I spent two nights here and wouldn’t recommend it. There was no Wi-Fi, no water in the shower or toilet, and nowhere to get food or a drink. Find somewhere else to stay.

The rooms all have a balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, a wardrobe, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. There’s a small wellness area with a sauna and Turkish bath, and staff can arrange car rentals. The on-site restaurant serves traditional and international food and has a summer terrace. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Hotel Lubjana is on the main road between Tirana and Durres, about 6 km from Tirana center. Restaurants, bars, and clubs are 500 m away, and the bus stop is 200 m away. The train station in Tirana is 5 km away, the ferry port in Durres is 35 km away, and Tirana Airport is 11 km away.
