Mondial Hotel

The rooftop pool and lounge were a highlight for us. It was a peaceful, stylish place to unwind with great city views, and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was another strong point, with fresh local and international choices, all delicious and nicely presented. We were made to feel cared for throughout the stay. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, with great attention to detail. Our room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with a modern but cosy design, a very comfortable bed, and excellent quality amenities. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the thoughtful preparation of the room, it all felt like a 5-star experience. We'd highly recommend Hotel Mondial in Tirana for business or leisure, and will definitely return.

We had a very good stay at Hotel Mundial. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to walk around the city centre. There are good restaurant options nearby too. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and huge, one of the biggest I've ever stayed in. There were a few things that could be better. The windows aren't soundproof, so traffic from the main avenue could be heard at night and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, with a gap in the middle, instead of one proper mattress. Breakfast could have had more options as well. We didn't find mineral water or hot drinks for people who don't drink coffee, like hot chocolate. Still a very good hotel, especially for the location, large rooms, and friendly staff.

The double room was perfectly tolerable, and the staff were friendly. The rooftop bar was in good shape, though the pool wasn't operating during our stay. The main square is within walking distance.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful hotel. The staff and service were outstanding, and the location was great too. The team was amazing, led by directors who were responsible and really engaged.
