The staff were polite, attentive, and professional, and the place has a lovely, warm setting. It’s beautifully presented and has an authentic feel. I was less impressed by the food, especially the roasted chicken, which had almost no flavor and fell short of what I expected. The other dishes were okay and enjoyable, though.

We brought a class of children here, and they all had a great time. We felt very welcome during our stay, and the five stars are well deserved.

The hotel and breakfast were great, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The food is traditional Albanian cooking with fresh ingredients and a modern touch. Definitely a must when visiting Albania. I'd come back!

At Nano Farm, our order was badly mixed up: the chicken and rice were forgotten, and when we asked after an hour, we got a casual “Oh, one mistake happened.” The food arrived 15 minutes later, half-cooked and not what we'd expected. Our second beer never showed up either. It was a frustrating visit with so little attention to detail. I won't return or recommend it.
