Being able to check in as soon as we arrived was a lovely surprise. Our flight got us there early, and the woman at reception kindly let us into a room that we hadn't expected to be ready. We chose the hotel for its location near Skanderbeg Square and Tirana's main attractions, and that worked out very well. Our room had large windows facing the main street, so it was spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable and large, and we had a small fridge and a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other options. The bathroom was clean and roomy too. The hotel replied quickly and helpfully to every message we sent. We appreciated the security details, including key cards for building and room access and for the lights, plus the evacuation plan on the inside of the door. A digital panel let us request cleaning or choose Do Not Disturb, and staff could see the status outside the room. The hotel met our expectations across the board. We'd recommend it and would stay again.

We were travelling as a family with our daughter. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the location was just right. The manager was on her own over the Christmas holiday and still gave us excellent service. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

The owner runs the hotel himself and is very friendly. We weren't sure what to expect, but our room was large and had everything we needed. It felt close to luxury while still being affordable, so we'd definitely recommend Prime hotel. Tirana has lots to see. Make sure you visit Bunk'Art 1. It's not an art exhibit, but a fascinating step back 80 years that explains how Albania became the most fortified country in the world and why.

The room was immaculate and spacious, and the location couldn't be better. I was surprised by how clean the floors were, even walking around barefoot. I really liked it, and it absolutely deserves its 5 stars.

The staff were friendly and so helpful, and the little hotel was modern and clean. I loved the location too. There wasn't a thing I disliked.
