Signature Idea Hotel

We stayed here for two months, and housekeeping was a real problem. They mostly just changed the towels, so we had to buy supplies and clean the apartment ourselves every day. They even came into the room without knocking while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up. The kitchen was poorly equipped too. We bought utensils, frying pans, and saucepans because the ones there were missing or very dirty. The owners' children rode scooters and sometimes screamed for hours in the reception area. The manager didn't greet customers and burped in front of them. A big thank you to Alex at reception, though. He was extremely kind and helpful.

Alex at the front desk really made our stay. He easily arranged taxis for us to Durres and the airport, and suggested some fantastic restaurants. We were there for 3 nights and had a great time. The room was spacious for three people, with fresh towels and cleaning every day. It's close enough to a supermarket and the square. Highly recommend.

Getting around from the hotel was the stressful part. It's at the end of a narrow dead-end road, and traffic builds up, especially with cars parked on both sides. We urgently needed a taxi to catch a coach, and that access made things difficult. Better signs and changes to vehicle access or parking would help. Inside, our stay at Signature Idea Hotel was comfortable and restful. The room had the essentials and was clean. Breakfast was satisfying, with decent variety and quality. The staff, especially at reception, were courteous and helpful with directions and room access, even though the hotel was nearly full. Pleasant stay and great hospitality overall.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, with different options each day. The staff were kind and really helpful. I had a great stay and couldn't ask for more!
