Markets, bakeries, and restaurants were only a five-minute walk away, while useful bus stops and the city center were about 20 minutes on foot. For the price, it was great value. The hosts were incredibly kind, and whenever we were there they had çaj and fresh fruit from the garden for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two, with a full kitchen and a washing machine available.

For a modest price, you get a whole house to yourself. The host was very kind and discreet, too.

The price was good, but the place really needs the basic essentials. There was just one pot, two plates, two forks, two glasses, and nothing more in the B&B. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly either. The bathroom is outside the room in the garden, so going there in the day or at night means heading outside with a coat, and an umbrella if it’s cold or raining. And, obviously, there’s no bidet.
