This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. I booked a room with air conditioning, but was given one without it and asked to pay more. It was too hot to argue, so I paid what they wanted, though the hotel wasn't worth the money. Other hotels are better. They also came into my room without my permission. There were two beds, but one of my two blankets was taken. When I returned from my trip, I had nothing to cover myself with. I asked for another blanket, even though there were plenty in other empty rooms, and was refused. The staff member yelled and got angry. I've never encountered such a strange hotel. I was shocked by the stupidity and unkindness, and ended up sleeping without a blanket for the first time in my life. They don't know how to apologize. The cleaner entered my room and touched my belongings. Everything had been moved around, stepped on, and damaged. The place is not soundproof at all: I could hear the next room clearly, and the stairs creaked loudly. Staff dried laundry right next to my room, so footsteps, talking, and conversation became my wake-up calls. If you open the bathroom window to shower, you can make eye contact and greet the woman hanging the laundry. The sun comes straight in through the windows and the gaps in the blinds, so brightly that you'd need sunglasses to sleep. I've been blinded and sick from the Albanian sun all summer. There's also a bright fluorescent light by the hallway door that stays on 24 hours a day. The bathroom window is bright too, and especially be careful there: after a shower, your naked silhouette can be seen from outside. People can see you. The reception staff on the ground floor kept watching me and scanning me up and down. They were unkind and completely unhelpful. Avoid this hotel in Tirana. It will ruin your trip.

For the price, it's a decent option for a short stay. The desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the shared bathrooms are basic, as you'd expect at this rate. Downtown is around a 2-3 km walk. I was surprised that the booking site made it sound like the main bus station was almost within walking distance. In reality you'll need a taxi, which can take a while in rush hour. There are chickens behind the hotel, too, and their calls around 4:00 may wake you.

The staff were always smiling, kind, and helpful, and made me feel like family. My room was very clean, with a little balcony and a nice bathroom, and I could take a shower any time, 24 hours a day. The city centre is very close, around 10-12 minutes away. Everything was just right for me. Thanks for having me, I plan to come back soon. All the best, congratulations to the management and staff for a great job 👋

A cozy, warm place for my one-night stay. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with the toilet inside, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a bar, and breakfast was nice but simple. They have several locations, so make sure you tell the taxi driver the street name.

We booked a room for three at this small, budget-friendly hotel, and it was really well cleaned. It had a toilet and shower with some bath appliances, plus a fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a cozy fireplace. Downstairs, the bar also serves breakfast: coffee or tea, with a croissant and/or toast with cheese and ham. All-you-need markets are a five-minute walk away, while the city center and Tirana main square take about 15-20 minutes on foot.
