The bedroom was nice, with a huge balcony and a good view, though cigarette butts from previous guests were left on the table. There was a drainage smell from the toilet, so I had to keep the door shut. You could just barely see outside through a small corner blind spot in the shower and bedroom blinds. The sauna was very hot, which was good, but its metal exit handle gets extremely hot. The steam room produced no steam, the pool smelled strongly of chlorine, and the jacuzzi didn’t work and had no on or off button. The gym was great for a hotel. The top-floor lounge bar has nice views but was closed during my stay. I’d stay again at €75 a night, but wouldn’t pay more, and I’d only come solo, not with a friend or loved one.

We spent the last five days here and I really can’t recommend it enough. Genta was so kind when she welcomed us to the spa, showed us everything, and gave us both massages. Her expertise blew us away. Gents does reflexology and she’s so good at reading what you need. On my last night, I went back for hot stones and a hamamm scrub. Genta alone deserves 5*. We were checked in when we arrived, and any issues were no problem. Asking where to eat or go was never a problem either. By day 3, one of the reception ladies felt like a friend 🫠🫠 This was my first time in Albania and definitely won’t be my last. I can’t wait to return 💝

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again. Leaving a day early for personal reasons, I was refused any refund under the hotel’s “hotel policy,” with no flexibility or understanding. The room door also didn’t close properly and stayed open most of the time, which felt like a serious safety concern, so I called reception and they fixed it. Afterward, the key card kept failing, and I had to go down to reception several times. That was even more inconvenient because there was only one elevator and long waits.

The staff were incredibly kind. I stopped by when I had a problem with my bank card and urgently needed to make a call, and they helped me. I offered to buy something at their restaurant to thank them, but they said they helped “because they are human.” It reminded me of the Instagram account “Humans of NYC,” an act of humanity.
