ARDIAN H.
After we insisted on our rights and asked them to call the police, the restaurant finally processed our card without a commission or a copy of my spouse's ID. Getting to that point was awful. The owner, an aggressive, intimidating woman, yelled at us to “shut up,” and the argument felt unreal for a restaurant. They had spent more than 30 minutes pressuring us to pay cash or accept what they called a commission. They also claimed they needed to photocopy my spouse's ID for the card payment, which felt like a blatant invasion of privacy. We had only wanted a quick meal after a long, tiring day. The food was terrible, but the hostile, unprofessional staff made the payment ordeal far worse. Avoid this place. You deserve a peaceful meal, not a fight.
