The staff were friendly, and I could tell they felt bad about the situation. I can’t blame them when the owners decide what they’re told to serve. Still, the food was really terrible. Breakfast was the same over and over, and lunch and dinner were almost the same too. For an all-inclusive hotel, it felt like there was no real chef. The rooms were very old and dirty, and the bathrooms were tiny and hard to use. I’d give it zero stars if that were an option. Don’t spend your money here on a junk hotel and junk food.

The bathroom was in terrible condition, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room had furniture that looked like it was from the 1970s. The food didn’t justify the cost either. For 30 euros per person, per night, the conditions were nowhere near acceptable. During a five-night family vacation, I switched hotels three times because they were all much the same. It felt like they were trying to get as much as they could from Kosovars. Don’t be misled by the hotels in Velipoja.
