Azure Apartments by Kondo

The hosts were warm and helpful, and Kondo Stays was great to communicate with. The apartment and neighborhood felt quiet, peaceful, and very safe, especially for a woman traveling alone. I rented it for a full month and found it bright, spacious, spotless, and equipped with great Wi-Fi. Working remotely, including daily international calls, was seamless. I loved the views from the huge main balcony, living area, and bedroom, with mountains and sea in sight. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony looking toward Vlore city, and there’s another off the kitchen facing the surrounding hills. The location is at the end of the Lungomare bus route, beyond the main stretch, where the boardwalk gives way to waterfront sports courts and a new pier under construction. It feels somewhat posher there. Bars and restaurants are down the hill, and you can walk the whole Lungomare or take the bus for 40 leke each way. The one real drawback is that the hill is steep. Without a car, scooter rental, or taxi, it’s not really suited to children, older people, or anyone with mobility issues. The hosts kindly offered to drive me shopping whenever I wanted.
