Everything felt peaceful and well organized, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The food at the hotel was really good, and the beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We spent four nights at Hotel Britania in Vlorë and loved it. The place was clean, cozy, and well looked after, with super friendly, helpful staff. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. I’d definitely come back.

We knew right from arrival that we’d chosen the wrong place. The manager kept staring at us, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our room was dirty, and breakfast was poorly presented and made with low-quality, non-fresh products. Things felt just as bad at the beach. The manager stayed around and made strange gestures that left us uneasy. The staff behaved unprofessionally, and his girlfriend, who was offering massages, approached men under the umbrellas without permission and kept insisting inappropriately. A terrible experience. Stay away from this hotel.
