A comfortable room and wonderful view, in an excellent location. Above all, the service was very kind. Thanks to the lovely girl at reception for making my stay smoother.

The hotel’s ATM took my credit card when I tried to use it, and staff said they already knew it wasn’t working. They told us to contact the machine’s manager. He wouldn’t come for three hours, then said we should walk two kilometers to the nearest bank and ask them to open it. It made no sense to leave the machine with our card in it. Neither he nor the hotel staff would help us call the bank to get someone to retrieve the card. The lack of service and willingness to take responsibility was shocking. I can’t recommend this hotel at all. It seems to survive only because of its prime location.

The staff were great and the service was good. Breakfast was very nice, though I would have liked to see some vegetables on the table.
