The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a good stay overall during our three August nights with my 10-year-old son. Breakfast service, though, was extremely poor. The boss's son brought his friends to the bar, where they smoked cigarettes and played music very loudly.

The location is great, but the service was a mess. At check-in the administrator showed us four rooms before putting us in one that felt like a staff room, and said we could move the next day. The next day, they told us our “wonderful room” didn't need changing. The front desk lady didn't explain when breakfast would start or tell us anything about the pool or breakfast at check-in. Breakfast wasn't open on time, and when food ran out it wasn't replaced. By the end of our stay the pool had turned green. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The pool was super nice, and the staff were amazing. Our rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast was good. We couldn't use the beach because the waves were crashing against the walls. The menu was poor, and the quality of lunch and dinner was very bad. 4/5.

The balcony view is amazing, and the service was five stars. They communicated really well and were helpful. I'd recommend it!

We had a lovely stay with family and friends, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The food was delicious, though the Wi-Fi wasn't very good. Greetings from 🇨🇦
