The staff made a thoughtful gesture on our last morning: since we had to leave before breakfast, they packed croissants, fruit, and water bottles for the trip. They were helpful throughout, and the hotel’s 24-hour supervision also gave us peace of mind. We found the accommodation clean, comfortable, and well kept. It isn’t luxury, but for a three-star hotel it was very good value and suited a quiet, pleasant stay. The location felt safe, with affordable restaurants nearby, thrift stores within walking distance, and a massage therapist close by. It seemed like we had what we needed close at hand. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to a friend looking for a clean, safe, friendly place to stay in Albania.

The double room was roomy and very clean, with a good shower and a nice view from the window. The hotel is in a built-up area, but the view was still surprisingly good. It sits about 50 meters from the main road, so traffic noise was minimal. We had a car and found plenty of nature to see, plus loads of restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast was simple and the same each day, but there was always enough. It included boiled and fried eggs, wurst, cereal, fruit, things for making toast, and a croissant every day. I liked that they encouraged guests not to waste food and to take only what they could eat. We visited in April and were pleasantly surprised by the location and onsite parking. I asked for a kettle, and one was brought almost immediately at no extra charge. The receptionist was pleasant, as were all the staff we met throughout the week.

Breakfast was a treat we looked forward to each morning, and the hotel was handy for the beach, local restaurants, and shopping. Whenever we had a request, the staff were exceptionally helpful and gave us accurate information. If something came up, they found a solution. Thanks to Xhino for all his help.
