The place itself was so comfortable that we found it hard to leave. The living space is modern and well equipped, with a good stove and fridge, a couch that opens into a very comfortable double bed, and a master bedroom that does exactly what it promises. There’s air conditioning, a balcony for drying towels, and grape vines nearby with fruit ready to pick. The bathroom has a large mirror with a touch control backlight, plus both an overhead and hand shower. At night it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. We felt part of the family, and the catering was more than special. We even wished we could stay for the rest of the year instead of returning to rainy UK. But the family is what made this feel like home. We had some trouble locating the property, and Rezart Hoxhaj FaceTimed me and guided me along every road to get there. Rhianna and her father greeted us warmly on arrival, and everyone we met showed us so much love, respect, and kindness. We played a little football with the children, who were so well behaved. The father brought fresh garden fruit each day, including melon, grapes, and pears, and served it with espresso and a smile. I imagine if you asked for another fruit, it might grow there too. The atmosphere felt soulful and homely, with no awkwardness or bad vibes. We were so taken with it that we booked extra days. You can ask for anything at any hour and it will be at your door in no time, with a smile and warmth. We’ll be back as soon as we can. This review is completely unbiased, we were just lucky to find such a special place. Come stay for a few days. I’m tempted to ask about a monthly rate.
