Just perfect!

The room was lovely and spacious, and the welcome from the accommodation staff was warm and professional. The restaurant was another story. We waited 20 minutes for a table even though it was far from full, then another 10 minutes for a simple table to be set. The waiter brought cold fries and forgot the mayonnaise with the appetizer, then it didn’t come with the main course either. When we asked again for fries and mayonnaise, we waited another 20 minutes. The waiter was unpleasant and berated us in front of other customers, then charged us for a dish that never arrived. It’s a matter of principle, not the price, which was ridiculous. Day 1: deplorable welcome and food.

The restaurant was excellent, the view was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. A great place.
