The restaurant staff deserve 5+++; the hotel service gets a zero. The bathroom fan didn't work, and I had to keep reminding them to replace towels and provide toiletries. The floor was filthy, and there was a horrible smell on the first floor.

The meals were a real plus, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner, and both the outdoor and indoor pools were nice and clean. The room was small, though, and the price was high. There was no air circulation in the bathroom, the fridge wouldn't cool anything, and the AC was tucked behind the curtains.

Dinner was a mess: we waited two hours and then got the completely wrong order. The staff also seemed extremely young, around 14 or 15, and lacked proper training or experience, which felt unprofessional for a hotel and restaurant. Getting around was difficult too. There are stairs everywhere, with no ramps or elevator, so the place isn't accessible for people with disabilities and is a struggle with a stroller. We had been told our room would be on the ground floor, but were assigned one on the fourth. With no elevator, we had to carry both our child and stroller up four flights. It felt like the Stone Age. We were disappointed by the stay and hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

We had a lovely time with the family. The place is surrounded by forest and a river, and both the food and staff were perfect. ❤️

The rooms were clean, and they left welcome tea and water. The food was all delicious, and special thanks to the chef. We stayed at the end of August, when it was sunny and the weather was fantastic, though the outdoor pool felt cold to me. The indoor pool was too small and had an unpleasant chlorine smell.
