The food was delicious, and the staff made us feel well looked after throughout. It’s a lovely place for a family break, with pools and playgrounds to keep the little ones happy. It’s also close enough to the capital to make for an easy getaway.

We loved our stay at Amberd Hotel and would happily return. Our two rooms had an amazing view of Mount Ararat, and the whole hotel was spotless, with that fresh, luxurious feel. Service was excellent from reception and the bar to the restaurant, spa, and massage center. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome! 🤩❤️✨

The walls felt like cardboard. We could hear every step and every word from the neighboring rooms, and the restaurant music came through loudly too. Everything else was perfect, but the noise really defeats the point of coming here to get away from it.

Breakfast had a huge buffet with plenty of savory and sweet choices, and the staff were really friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and they even upgraded us at no charge. There was fruit, small sweets, and drinks waiting as a welcome gift. Special mention to the spa too.

The service was incredibly slow, and we left very disappointed with Amberd Hotel. The rooms were uncomfortably hot and had no air conditioning. We also couldn’t enjoy the freezing pool, and the sauna didn’t start until 5 PM, which didn’t work for our schedule. At breakfast, two cappuccinos cost us 3500 AMD, which felt ridiculous for something that should be standard. The SMM specialist confused us with the offer and sold us the same room for 60,000 AMD. It wasn’t worth the price, and the experience left us with no trust in their service. We won’t be back.
