Gayane at reception really made our stay. She clearly cares about guests, enjoys her work, and was always smiling while going out of her way to help. We had a wonderful two nights at 11+1 by TUMO and would happily return. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular panoramic view of Dilijan, and the place is comfortable and well kept. Shops, pharmacies, and restaurants are only steps away, too.

The rooftop deck has lovely views, and the hostel also has a great social mission. Inside, it was spotless, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, the showers were nice, and the bunks were roomy. There's even laundry, and the location is great. I loved it and hope I can come back.

That roof terrace was a great place to spend time, with a fantastic view and access day or night. The dorms were very well equipped, and the beds felt spacious and private, though charging meant using USB since there were no outlets. Bathrooms were excellent and clearly cleaned every day. The ground floor felt a little sterile as a shared-use building with conference rooms and a library, among other things. Still, this was the most comfortable hostel on our Caucasus trip. The host was friendly and helpful, and having a supermarket next door was handy.

The rooftop is roomy and has a fantastic view, and the hostel itself is new and clean. Ask about the room card, too, since it can get you discounts at several nearby restaurants. The washing machine and dryer are free to use.

I booked a private room and bathroom, both clean and a good size, and there was no noise from other guests. The rooftop gives you amazing views of the area, and having free washers and dryers was a nice extra. Good value for a hostel, and I'd recommend it.
