The price is very reasonable, and breakfast comes with it. The owner speaks good English, too. This is a family-run place with genuinely warm hospitality, which I love. I stumbled across this new boutique hotel in Dilijan and found spacious, clean rooms with a lovely view. The setting is scenic, and I woke up to roosters before having a hearty breakfast.

A delicious breakfast and friendly staff who speak English made this a lovely stay. It's a cozy, small family-run hotel, a little outside Dilijan city, with an amazing view over the mountains and village. A great fit if you want to get away from the city vibe.

The common areas have a lively art collection that we didn't expect, and the place itself is beautiful, with clean rooms and an amazing view. The owners were incredibly sweet and handled all our requests with ease and kindness. The receptionist, I think his name was Tigran, was so helpful and always smiling. We had a fantastic experience and I couldn't recommend it more.

RestArt had a warm, relaxing atmosphere and a perfect location. My room was comfortable, cozy, and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the minute I arrived. The service was excellent throughout, with care given to all the little details. I had a fantastic stay, highly recommend it, and would happily come back)))
