Goris is a really nice town to visit, with local attractions and restaurants. Nadja and her husband run a lovely hostel and are really friendly. It was comfortable and clean, and the WiFi was great.

The owner kindly kept a couple of our bags for four nights while we hiked from Goris to Tatev and then up Mount Khustup. Our two-night stay at Lovely Goris was really enjoyable. We had a private room, and the owner and her daughter spoke good English and were extremely helpful. It’s about a five-minute walk to the town centre, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for my wife to make a work video call without any trouble.

Right in the town centre, this is a great hostel. The rooms were clean and really comfortable, and there’s a lovely outdoor common area as well as a good kitchen.

There’s a pleasant outdoor area, and the kitchen is pretty good, with burners, a fridge, kettle, cutlery and dishes. The dorms are a good size, with clean, comfortable beds. It’s next door to the big Hotel Goris and centrally located near all the amenities. There are two WCs with showers, plus a separate washbasin. No towels are provided.

Nadia, the owner, was lovely and helped me arrange my bus back to Yerevan. The dorms and shower were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The water was lukewarm, and you need to bring your own towel, but that was okay.
