The place is cozy, clean, and affordable, right in central Gyumri and an easy walk from many of the city's main attractions and eateries. Ask Christina or Davit about the house's history and its former occupants. It was built in 1865, and the story is interesting. Be sure to head downstairs to their wine bar too!

The hosts are amazing, super friendly, and attentive to every detail. They'll help you with anything. For a warm, cozy, clean, and comfortable stay in Gyumri, visit Communa guesthouse. The “Incheve” wine bar below the guesthouse is THAT place for tasty wines and great conversations.

The stay was so comfortable and lovely, and we had a wonderful time at your place. Davit and Christina, thank you for welcoming us so warmly. Congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished, and best of luck with all your beautiful projects. Hopefully we’ll see you again soon! Bertrand

A great spot for guests with dogs, with lovely service and rooms that were sparkling clean. There are two kinds of rooms: downstairs is a two-room apartment with a little kitchen and a tiny yard, while upstairs is a simpler room with a large terrace right next door.
