I spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor spaces, whether working or just relaxing. There are several places to lounge, and the room by the pool on the second floor felt wonderfully decadent. The grounds are beautifully cared for, with fresh-cut grass and thoughtful landscaping, and the rooms have tasteful decor and fun little touches. The staff, including Nonna, were kind and accommodating. They even sell cool vintage sunglasses at reception. There’s a supermarket around the corner, food delivery, and a big fridge for groceries. I could also cook quick things on a hot plate, which was very handy. A lovely oasis and great value. Thanks to Nonna and the team!

The location is handy, close to both a supermarket and the metro. The room and property were clean, and the service was very friendly. Communication before arrival was quick and easy, and it’s suitable for kids. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely little escape in Yerevan. The pool was a lifesaver in the summer heat.

Such a quiet, comfortable place, with no noise. The staff are caring and kind. If you're thinking of staying somewhere, I'd choose this hotel, easily a 10 out of 10.
