The neighborhood feels safe, and the balcony has a lovely view. The room and living room were clean, with coffee, tea, and lots of other amenities in the living room. The mattress was comfortable, and the place is close to City's downtown and good value for money. It did get quite warm throughout the place now and then.

The bedding was really uncomfortable, and even the toilet flushed incredibly loudly. The place was clean and well located, but it was very noisy: until 11:30 pm, delivery drivers were outside the door beeping about packages while smoking, and the smell was awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you do, take the upstairs room.

Quiet, clean and cozy, with everything needed for a short stay in Gyumri. The hotel is five minutes from the city center, and the price was great. I recommend it.

Davit, the owner, was really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, the price affordable, and it was quiet too. I'd recommend it! 😜😉👍
