I spent a few days here, and everything was top level: the cleanliness, comfort, and location. Special thanks to the staff.

We’re very disappointed that our stay at this beautiful hotel didn’t work out. Manager Eric canceled our reservation instead of trying to resolve things. He accused us, without any basis, of not wanting to pay, and seemed to see us as the only ones at fault. He also showed little ability to listen or help, and his communication was lacking basic courtesy. I’m asking Old Avenue HR to look into what happened and contact me for details if possible. We care about the development of Gyumri’s service sector, but employees who behave incompetently and disrespectfully will only harm it.

The reception staff were very friendly, and our room was clean and simply furnished. There’s free private parking, too. We ate very well at the „Lemon“ next door and had breakfast at the bakery on the right, heading toward the main square. The hotel is in Gyumri’s pedestrian zone, just a few steps from the main square.
