For a quick stay, it was great, and it was very cheap for what it offered. Breakfast was great, and having it included was a big plus. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is on a quiet side street with lots of parking. My room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and it looked pretty clean overall. The towels looked clean too, although some were heavily stained. For the price, I can’t complain much, so I give it a 7. There were some problems in the room we stayed in: both doors were in poor condition, and the entrance door barely closed. One shower door was missing, so the bathroom got all wet. Some towels had heavy stains, and the beds were old and not very comfortable, with worn-out pillows. 3.5/5

The staff are the main reason this feels like good value. They’re warm and helpful, and sometimes even offer late checkout. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with traditional architecture, plus there’s a decent free breakfast, parking, and a well-equipped gym. It’s an older, practical hotel, so some bathrooms and plumbing show wear and may need attention. The place is generally clean, though. It’s quiet but a little way from the center, and street-facing rooms can get noisy.

We stayed here with a youth group and had a really good time. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the staff were supportive and flexible about what we needed. Breakfast is basic, but fine for the low price.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very generous. There’s also good parking. To me, this is the best place to stay in Gyumri.
