Edgar was helpful and easy to reach. The cabins have good heating, and their big front windows look out over the lake. The location is right by the water, about a 25-minute walk from the city center. After wandering around, we were glad we'd picked this spot instead of staying in the city. Great stay!

The host was incredibly kind, driving us to and from the supermarket and to the bus stop, and treating us to wine and ice creams. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, in a nice spot near the lake. We highly recommend it.

The room had good equipment, including a kitchen, toilet, hot water, and heater. The location is good and the service was good too. I just wish they paid a bit more attention to cleaning.

The host was polite and friendly, and the cabin was very clean and comfortable, with good heating and a really nice bathroom. The lake view and location are awesome, and the price is very cheap. Honestly, one of the best stays in Armenia. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed for a weekend with our community at Nirok, and Buna Guest House made for a great, comfortable stay. The host provided excellent support. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend the place for a rest in Sevan.
